Upon account closure for Terms violations, 97jl reserves the right to forfeit your account balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and void all winnings. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to Terms violations, your available balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
